What to Pack in a Carry-On Bag with a Toddler
As the trip to Disney World nears closer, I’m thinking more and more about what needs to go in our carry-on baggage to make the trip go smoother. This is especially important as I’m taking Miss V on a 5+ hour flight by myself. So here goes:
Under the Seat Bag (Tote Bag for Easy Access)
- Wristlet that includes cash, ID, credit cards and my phone
- Documentation for the flight, including boarding passes
- Chewing gum for me, and a pacifier for Miss V to help with the ears
- Apple sauce pouches (under 3.2 oz)
- Snack container, like this one Munchkin Click Lock 2 Count Deluxe Snack Catcher
- Baby cookies
- Ready-to-feed milk with disposible bottle
- Hand sanitizing wipes
- Compact diaper kit, with trash bags, I have one similar to this JJ Cole Travel Diaper Kit
- Teddy bear
- Stroller blanket
- Camping pillow
- Small toys, like Fisher-Price Little People Disney 2 Pack
- Change of outfit
- iPad Mini
- Extra ziplock bags
Overhead Bin Bag (Backpack)
- Change of clothes for me
- Extra diapers/wipes
- Camera
- Laptop
- Granola bars, extra snacks
- Burp cloth
- More ziplock bags
- Power cords
- USB Cord
- Hotel/Car Rental reservations
- Extra toy
