First Look: The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian
The internet is abound this morning as more details of the Villa’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian are being released. In fact, if you are a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) member, you can now purchase additional points at this new resort.

If you haven’t heard of the Villa’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian, it is a Disney Vacation Club add-on to the existing resort. It will have the space and amenities (like a small kitchen) that DVC is known for. That doesn’t mean that if you’re not a DVC member you’ll never get to stay here. Reservations will be available to everyone, as DVC resorts double as “deluxe villa” category resorts. However, the date for general reservations has not yet been released, and my guess is that the resort will be booked solid for some time.
The most economical way to stay at the Villa’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian (or any deluxe villa category resort) is through a timeshare rental direct from the owner. Check out David’s Vacation Rental.
Personally, I can’t wait to visit the new resort! Hopefully it lives up to my (sometimes high) expectations! 🙂
