I Got the Golden E-Mail! Disney Social Media Moms #DisneyOntheRoad

I am beyond excited to tell you that I was chosen to take part in the Disney Social Media Moms On the Road event in Seattle!

Disney Social Media Moms events are a bit of a coup. If you’ve never heard of them or seen #DisneySMMoms, let me give you a little background. Disney hand picks some of the top influencers in the world of social media. There is a yearly event for those lucky bloggers where the red carpet is rolled out and VIP status is given. The conference has motivational speakers, celebrities, and all the entertainment that Disney is known for! Because of the tiny few who are chosen to take part it becomes the conference not just for Disney bloggers, but bloggers everywhere.

For me, I feel amazingly privileged to be invited to a Disney Social Media Moms event here in Seattle. This year the Social Media Moms have taken the show on the road and will stop in four cities, New York, Bethesda, MD, Berkeley, CA and Bellevue, WA (Seattle). These are half-day events full of networking, motivational talks, and of course Disney magic. The keynote speaker for the event here will be Mindy Dooney, creator of Boogie Wipes. I cannot wait. I’m still in disbelief that I was chosen! Did someone hit the wrong button? LOL!
